Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited commenced operations as Ley Choon Construction and Engineering Pte., in 1990. It is grown up as one — stop underground utilities infrastructure service provider based in Singapore. We are currently expanding our operations in Sri Lanka undertaking Civil construction Projects. We are looking for motivated professionals to join us to build a strong team.
HR Assistant (Male)
Education & Skills:
– Full / Part qualification in HRM Diploma from a recognize professional body
– Ability to plan and execute work independently and with minimum supervision
– Ability to meet dealings in submitting various reports
– Self-motivated with leadership skills
– Good interpersonal and communication skills (Written & Spoken English)
Experience
– Minimum 02 Year experience in a similar position
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Timely completion of all personnel files and all documentation relating to recruitment / contract renewal / resignation/ termination etc.
– Maintain HRIS and monthly attendance system on time
– Providing all the HR service required by staff
– Assisting the HR team to fulfill the objective of the HR department
– Perform any other duties deemed necessary by the HR Manager
