managerial responsibilities.
Sales Coordinator
– G.C.E. (A/L) qualification.
– 2-3 years of marketing and sales experience with excellent closing abilities will be an added advantage.
– Should be below 35 years of age.
– Sound knowledge in Tamil (Spoken and Written), English and Sinhala with excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
– Ability to update the data into the software on routine basis, including the pending sales queries, customer issues and in process sales leads,etc.
– Assisting the sales manager for implementing the necessary sales policies, putting a requirement list of essential sales and marketing material and updating the record shelves for the same.
– Assisting the Manager on measuring the performance of sales executives by filling the pending sales targets and maintaining the accomplished target reports.
– Detailed-orientated and the ability to work independently.
– Proficient with MS Office, specifically Excel and Outlook.
– Ability to be flexible and work evenings and Saturdays
– Must have excellent follow up skills and the ability to establish and maintain healthy business relationships with all levels throughout the organization as well as vendors.
