Key Tasks:

– Process and expedite international orders.
– Perform all tasks to ensure transactions are in compliance for export.
– Provide pricing and availability to customers.
– Prepare export documentation.
– Update and Maintain Shipment Logs.
– Communicate with Freight Forwarders, Couriers, and Customers.
– Research and resolve problems for internal and external customers.

Candidate Profile:

Ss, Knowledge and Experience:

– Prior International or Export experience Required.
– Prior Customer Service or Inside Sales experienced Required.
– Problem solving ss.
– Flexible/ ability to multitask.
– Customer focused.
– Excellent communication {telephone and email} ss required.
– Practices attentive and active listening.
– Able to maintain composure during difficult times.
– Can quickly learn new ss.
– Organization and time management ss.
– Team player.
– Ability to adjust to different personality types and communication styles.
– Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
