Assistant Manager – HR
Skills Required:
• Good56 organizational and time management skills
• People oriented & team working skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
• Ability to make and deliver effective presentations
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business/HR or other relevant field from a reputed University.
Experience:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the HR field
• Around 1-2 years of experience in similar capacity is a must
• Sound knowledge in HR operations, employee engagement & training & development
Executive – HR
Skills Required:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Meticulous and able to multi task
• People oriented & team working skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business/HR or other relevant field from a reputed University.
Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HR field
• Sound knowledge in HR operations & employee engagement
