Acstra is a diversified company specialized in IT Support Services and Energy Efficiency project implementation with Solar Net-Metering systems & LED lighting & fixtures. With the expansion of our activities, we are looking for high caliber, self motivated and energetic individuals for immediate recruitment to fill the following position:
Accounts Executive Female
Responsibilities:
– Preparing weekly and monthly reconciliation report.
– Thorough knowledge of EPF/ETF and other local Taxation include payroll would be an asset
– Preparation of Sales/Bank, general journal entries, amortization schedule and Accounts payable
– Preparing Cash flow projections and yearly budget forecast.
– Performing general accounting functions.
Requirements:
– Full or Part qualified in AAT or equivalent.
– Minimum of 2 years experience in similar capacity.
– Excellent computer skills and proficiency in use of QuickBooks.
– Good communications skills.
– Energetic, Self-motivated and able to work independently
– Age between- 25-40 years (Female)
