Specialist – Partnership Alliance
Job Role:
• Be responsible for acquiring merchants for loyalty programs.
• Liaise with Branches/Retail Channel/mCash team for merchant acquisition.
• Ensure new merchant agreements/renewals/terminations are signed on a timely manner.
• Create awareness and update all stakeholders on loyalty offers and benefits on a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Full or part qualification in the field of Marketing/ Management.
• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Customer Card Sales.
• Must be competent in Microsoft Office packages. (MS Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
• Possess good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Be highly organized, proactive and energetic with a positive attitude.
• Be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Sinhala, knowledge of Tamil would be an added advantage.
The above position will carry an attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and experience.
