Vacancy at a well-established Travel Company in Colombo Bernard Tours (Pvt) Ltd., is a pioneer in Travel industry and has the following opportunities:
Snr. and Jnr. Accounts Executives (02 pos. / Female)
Qualifications:
• Qualified GCE A/L in Commerce • Part qualified of ICASL, ACCA or CIMA or fully qualified AAT
Requirements:
• Age below 30 years
• Minimum S year experience in the relevant field
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Be able to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Have good written and verbal skills in English (Essential)
• Be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Excel (Essential)
Responsibilities of The Position:
• Preparation of the internally generated operational reports
• Assisting the finance team to prepare financial / management reports
• Raising the supporting and update the necessary systems
• Experience in preparation of Invoices
• Familiar with statutory taxes and procedures
• Familiar with all banking procedures
• Experience in preparation of salaries including VAT / TDL / EPF / ETF and other company taxes in the Travel and Tourism trade
• Experience in Cashiering, Debtor and Creditors control
• Experience in handling manual accounting, cashiering is an added advantage
