Our client is a well established International software services provider located in Colombo looking for suitable candidates for following positions:
Service Availability Manager
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Very Good Organization skills
• Excellent team working skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Very good negotiation skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or relevant qualification
Experience:
• 2 to 6 years of experience handling below listed activities:
* Optimize the availability of the IT infrastructure
* IT availability reporting
* Take actions to achieve reductions in frequency and duration of incidents that impact IT availability
* Maintain a forward looking availability plan
* Maintain or improve availability levels
* Initiate and coordinate actions required to maintain or improve availability across IT units
* Act as a coordination point for changes to availability levels when needed
Change Coordinator
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Very Good Organization skills
• Excellent team working skills
• Very good negotiation skills
Qualifications:
• Degree in Software Engineering / Computer Science or relevant qualification
Experience:
• 2 to 6 years of experience handling below listed activities:
* Administration of the IT change management and Release & Deployment processes
* Handle change framework of IT change and Release processes (from request, through delivery and release, and acceptance)
* Assessment of the change/release prior to implementation
* Acceptance of change after implementation
* Provide feedback on the performance or quality
