A leading Tea plantation company in the manufacture of tea has the following vacancies.
Senior Plantation Manager
A dynamic result oriented individual with leadership qualities with a minimum of a 10 years experience as a Manager of a Tea Estate with sound knowledge and Skills in Tea manufacture and Labour Relations.
* Computer literate and an awareness of ERP system, is a distinguish advantage.
* Age – Between 35 – 50 years
* Qualifications – NIPM qualifications in Tea manufacture and Accounting, Other qualifications pertaining to Agriculture or/and Plantation Management would be considered favorably.
Plantation Manager
Dynamic results oriented individual with leadership qualities who should possess a minimum of 5 years experience as a Manager of a Tea Estate with sound knowledge in Tea manufacture and Skills in Tea manufacture and Labour Relations.
* Computer literate and an awareness of ERP system, is a distinguish advantage.
* Age – Between 30 – 40 years
* Qualifications – NIPM qualifications in Tea manufacture and Accounting, Other qualifications pertaining to Agriculture or/and Plantation Management would be considered favorably.
