Senior Human Resources Executive — Kurunagala Factory

Qualifications & Experience:

• Preferably with a degree from a recognized University or Professional Qualification in HR or Business Administration.
• Executing the performance management cycle in a timely manner.
• Over roll knowledge about Human Resources function.
• Should have good interpersonal skills.
• At least 04 year experience in the field of Human Resources.
• Male Candidate & Age less than 32 years

Recruitment Officer – Kurunagala Factory / Divulapitiva Factory

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 02 years experiences in Recruitment/Human Resources Management.
• Certificate level qualifications in HR Management.
• Target oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Target oriented and self-motivated.
• Male Candidate & Age less than 30 years.

HR Assistant – Seeduwa Factor

• Diploma/Professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institution.
• General Knowledge in HRM function & labour law.
• Target oriented and self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Target oriented and self-motivated.
• Female Candidate & Age less than 28 years.

Preference will be given to candidates who are from close proximity to Kurunagala & Seeduwa.
