Junior // Trainee Secretary to The MD
We are one of the leading Companies in the business of exporting a wide range of Agro Based Value Added Organic Food Products to the International Market, invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the following position based in our Corporate Office in Kollupitiya. Young and dynamic candidate with proven track records can expect an attractive remuneration package.
The chosen candidate for the following position should possess the following attributes:
• Female candidate age between 20 to 25 Years.
• Previous experience within a similar role would be highly desirable but not essential.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must.
• High degree of familiarity with MS Office applications and computer knowledge.
• Typing skills in both English and Sinhala.
• Ability to quickly grasp the operations of the company and coordinate the activities with various departments, customers and suppliers.
• Excellent organising skills and ability to effectively prioritise time and work.
• Willingness to go out for factory visits, when required.
• You should be able to work Extra Working Hours, as and when the circumstances may demand.
