Responsibilities:
– Provide support to Printers, Servers, Desktops support.
– Troubleshooting issues related to hardware, applications, network and emails.
– Supporting end users for their daily PC- & IT related problems.
– Provide IT support help desk
– Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware and software resources.
Requirements
– Diploma in Information Technology or Equivalent qualification from recognized Institute/ University
– Minimum | years working experience in the Information Technology field.
– Age below 30 years.
– Excellent communication in English and presentation skills together with the work with less supervision.
– Sound knowledge maintaining servers including installing, configuring, and troubleshooting.
– Preference will be given to candidates who reside close proximity to Yakkala, Wattala, Kandana, Kalaniya, Gampaha, Kiribathgoda, Kadawatha Ja -Ela,Gampaha,
Negombo and around the proximity.
