HR Assistant
Immediate Vacancy – Alubomulla – Panadura
Responsibilities include
* Leave Management of the company.
* Update Leave Records
* Update Attendance Records.
* Update Overtime Records
* Provide necessary support to the Account Division for Payroll Purpose.
* Provide Necessary administration support to the Division.(Filling, Letter Drafting…etc)
* Recruitment.
* Arrange Interviews.
* If Necessary, Provide Support to the Payroll Process.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Male Or Female Candidate.
* Successfully Completed the G.C.E Advance Level.
* Successfully Completed the Foundation / Certificate or Diploma Level in HRM from a recognize institute (NIBM/IPM) or equivalent qualifications.
* Excellent Knowledge in MS Office Applications.
* Excellent Command of English Language.
* Should have more than 1-3 Years Experience in relevant field.( At least 01 year Experience)
* Age Should be between 22- 30
* Candidates from Panadura, Bandaragama, Horana area, are warmly welcomed
* Should have to work on Saturdays (Full Day).
