Very recently Global Asset Management Company has acquired our Company and as part of our expansion process we are on the lookout for smart dynamic professionals to strengthen our team. We are on the lookout to recruit dynamic, proactive, suitable, qualified persons for the following two Posts.
HR and Administration Senior Executive (1)
Eligibility Criteria:
■ A Degree / Diploma in Human Resources Management from recognized university / professional organization. At least five year experience in the field of Human Resource Management.
■ Computer literacy including MS Office.
■ Ability to lead and motivate staff.
■ Familiarity with Human Resource Policies.
■ Age below 40 years.
Credit Support Officers (2)
Eligibility Criteria:
■ Preliminary exam conducted by Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka / Certificate level course from a professional organization.
■ At least two years experience in a financial institution or an Accounting Firm / Audit Firm. Computer Literacy including MS Office.
■ Ability to work as a team player with basic guidelines and directions from the supervision.
Age below 30 years. The selected candidate will be working for the Head Office and will be given an attractive compensation package par with the market depending on the competencies and work experience.
