The Role:

The Head of IT is responsible to manage overall IT infrastructure & Information systems of the organization. He/she is responsible to develop and implement strategies to ensure, the IT operation is streamlined in order to achieve organizational objectives.

Required qualifications & Experience:

* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology from a recognized Institute.
* 5 years experience in a similar capacity
* Should be conversant with all IT functions
* Professional qualifications / experience in handling Oracle data base / Oracle application server
* Ability to manage IT Networks and Hardware
* Ability to maintain PABX systems
* Experience in implementing and maintaining call centre operation systems
* Experience in an equivalent role in the insurance industry or ability to manage insurance related information systems would be an added advantage
