The Group presently holds a diversified portfolio of investments and strategic equity investments in the key growth sectors of the country.
The Head of Group Internal Audit will report direct to the Board of Directors.
Profile:
– A member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka or CIMA
– A minimum of 10 Years working experience in a Similar capacity. preferably in a financial institution or manufacturing organization
– High degree of familiarity with new accounting standards. software packages. and reporting mechanisms.
– Excellent communication skills together with good presentation skills.
– Ability to work independently.
– Age between 35-50 years.
Role:
Will be responsible for strengthening internal control and governing mechanisms Within the group leading to business development. ensuring compliance with the regulators, enhancing the quality and security of group assets.
Remuneration:
