COOK (Specialty in Western & Eastern)
Requirement:
• Hotel School Qualified or equivalent with proven track record.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Star Class Hotel working under a Chef.
• Highly conversant in Written and Spoken English.
• Methodical and maintain high standards of Management skills and able to fit in to a professional working environment.
HOUSE KEEPER CUM WAITER:
• Conversant in Spoken & Written English.
• 3- 5 Star Hotel Experience minimum 2 years.
• Have followed a Vocational Training Course in Food, Beverage and House Keeping in a reputed institution.
• Respectable, well disciplined and willing to learn.
• Provide a high professional service to its selected guests.
• Other related work, such as preparation of guest rooms, cleaning rooms, premises, maintaining swimming pool, helping in the kitchen. All guidelines and clear job descriptions will be given to carry out your task in an efficient and methodical manner.
