Job Details:

– Executives will be undergo an three month full time paid training. All candidates will get a salary increase after completion of the training.
– Job requires calling/emailing/researching US and Europe clients to set up high level meetings.
– There is no cold calling.
– Calls involve setting up high level meetings for our clients US teams.
– Meetings are scheduled with Vice President and C levels.
– No domestic {India} calls/emails required.
– Candidates should be willing to work in US and European shifts.

Compensation:

– Initial Training Period 3 months-6000 per month.
– 4-6 months- 8000-10000 per month deping on performance.
– After 6 months: open ed, based on performance.
– In addition to salary, attractive incentives are also offered.
– Cab facility will be provided after successful completion of 3 months training.

Candidate Profile:

– Possess professional business telephone communication ss, and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication ss.
– Be self-motivated, and have the ability to organize and prioritize work indepently with minimal supervision.
– Ability to identify the decision maker and be comfortable calling and dealing with both business and technical utives and managers.
– Be goal-oriented, and have the ability to consistently meet or exceed calling and opportunity generation quotas.
