We are a medium size real estate company and looking a dynamic individual for our esteem company for above vacancy
Minimum Qualification
– Full or Part qualified of CA Sri Lanka CIMA/ACCA or equal qualification
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in audit firm
– Minimum I year experience in same position
– Knowledge in Reading, writing, speaking in English and computer literacy is must
– Experience in accounting software is added advantage
– Knowledge in handling banks and financial institutions will be added advantage
– Attractive remuneration will be entitled
Job Role
01. Preparation of financial reports —
– Tax purpose,
– Management purpose
– Actual Basis
02. Preparation of cash flow statement including financial requirement and proposal to meet the requires
– Daily
– Weekly
– Monthly
– Yearly
03. Identification of financial sources in money market Ex bank, financial institute
04, Identified sources bringing to firm and presentation, coordination, arranging meetings
05. Continues updating about tax and other regulation of real estate industry
06. Preparation of corresponding letters in relation to business
07. Reporting and performing basic HR works
08. Reporting board of directors
