Job Description:
– Plan for achievement of monthly / annual sales target
– Monitor prices and new product launches regularly
– Ensure the expansion of market and increase in sales
– Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass for new customers
– Follow-up on leads, prospects and customer related matters
– Attend to customer complaints on products and services
– Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns
– Follow-up on outstanding dues of customers, provide information on
outstanding dues and coordinate with the finance department
Qualifications & Experience:
– Diploma / post-graduate or degree in Sales Management.
– 2-3 years experience in similar position.
– Preferably from software / IT Industry.
