Account Executive Female
Our client is a Global supplier of Planning and Sourcing Solutions with headquarters located in the United Kingdom. Their solutions specifically designed for and used extensively by companies involved in Apparel, Textiles, Footwear and associated industries.
They are looking for young enthusiastic, energetic individual with a pleasant personality to take over the above position.
Key Responsibilities:
– Regular scheduled visits to all Clients in Sri Lanka in order to establish a good working relationship with the clients.
– Learning the software in order to be able to match their client needs with Software features in order to propose appropriate solutions.
– Study and understand client’s business process and recommend appropriate solution
– Demonstrations of the software to clients along with the presentation of key concepts.
– Preparation of business proposals focused on addressing any identified needs.
– The role would involve frequent travel both in Colombo and outstation to client/prospect sites
– The position directly to the Country Manager
Candidate Profile:
– Females between the age of 23 to 33.
– Excellent command of the English language is essential. (both written and spoken)
– A flair for IT, Microsoft Office packages and software.
– Ability to work independently and within a group with minimal supervision
– Ability to hold a conversation with senior management with confidence
– Confidence to make a presentation to a group of people and manage an audience is required
– Holding a valid driving licence is desirable
– Experience in sales/account management or a job that involved client interaction will be an added advantage.
Remuneration and Benefits:
– Basic salary plus a vehicle allowance
– Mobile phone allowance, a laptop and mobile internet connection will be provided
– Travel costs (fuel) and other expenses can be reimbursed
– A comprehensive training inclusive of additional ‘on-the-job‘ training will be provided
– Rapid progression within the company is possible for candidates with the right attitude and aptitude.
The successful candidate would be offered with a competitive remuneration package based on his/her qualifications and working experience.
