We are on the lookout for a Front Office Executive for our client company.The Front Office Executive is responsible for managing front office operations at the company, ensuring a secure, professional, and world‑class first impression for all visitors, business partners, and employees. The role plays a critical part in upholding the company corporate image, security protocols, confidentiality standards, and compliance requirements.
Requirement
Female candidate with age below 35 years only
Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role in a corporate environment
Prior experience working with senior management, multinational companies, or regulated organizations will be an added advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
(Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an advantage).
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑handling skills.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, including Security, Facilities, and Corporate Services.
