We are seeking a dynamic Head of Human Resources for our client company.
Job Role
This role is responsible for leading and aligning the overall HR strategy with business objectives, ensuring sustainable organizational growth, strong talent pipelines, and a high-performance culture. It involves acting as a strategic partner to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related decisions while driving innovation, digitalization, and data-driven HR practices.The position oversees end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, compliance, and HR systems, ensuring efficient and legally compliant processes. It also manages HR administration functions such as IT coordination, facilities, and workplace health and safety.Additionally, the role focuses on employee development, engagement, wellbeing, and CSR initiatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. It ensures strong governance through standardized processes, KPIs, risk management, and continuous improvement practices.As a business partner, the role collaborates closely with different functions to align people strategies with operational goals, enhance organizational effectiveness, and support long-term business performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.
Professional HR qualifications such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent are preferred
Minimum 6–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
Minimum 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
Experience in operational HR, digital HRM and strategic business partnering & operational excellence.
Experience in handling multi-functional teams and cross-functional stakeholder management.
Experience in process improvement, governance, and organizational development is preferred
