We are on the lookout for an Accounts Assistant Manager for our client company.
Location – Colombo 04
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly management accounts
Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable
Ensure timely bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit processes
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Monitor cash flow and assist in financial planning
Guide and supervise junior accounting staff
REQUIREMENTS
Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CA – partly or fully qualified)
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Prior experience in a supervisory role is an advantage
