Secretary // Administration Executive
An active individual with good education, more than 5 years work experience. Should have experienced in Administration & Customer care, HR, Secretarial, with basic knowledge of all other functions of a limited liability company.
Knowledge or experience in, Marketing, Business Development Advertising, Banking, Legal and other areas will be an added advantage while experience in Interior firm will be a definite advantage.
■ Must be fluent in written & spoken English
■ Familiar with handling Meetings & event monitoring
■ Ability of preparing Business proposals & corporate letters
■ Focused, committed and, self motivated personality
■ Must be a sharp, intelligent & dynamic individual
■ Computer literacy is essential
Free mind from external affairs is required to perform this job and thoughtful, methodical, systematic person with presentation skills & convincing personality is expected for a long term tenure.
Most suitable & successful candidate will be offered Manager – Admin/Business development, position after the probation period.
The selected candidates will receive an attracting remuneration package above market rates.
