Job Brief:
Tudawe Trading, the pioneer in mechanized cleaning technology has been the sole agent for KARCHER, the market leader in the industry for more than 31 years. The organization is currently in search of sales consultants with outstanding selling skills to focus on specific market segment.
Skills:
• Ability to identify the customers’ need and provide a solution.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition to the customer.
• Build and maintain a strong customer relationship.
Responsibilities:
• Taking complete responsibility to enhance business on the assigned market segment.
• Meet our customer acquisition and growth objectives.
• Build a new customer base in the specific market segment.
• Develop and execute business/ sales plans to achieve and exceed sales target.
Profile:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Sinhala (Tamil will be an added advantage).
• Degree in Marketing, Business management, Engineering or CIM or equivalent professional qualification
• Partially qualified candidates with outstanding track record are also welcome to apply.
• Minimum experience of 3 years in similar capacity.
• Exposure in commercial sales will be an added advantage.
