Project Assistant Female (For Ongoing Telecom Implementation Project)
• Manage documents Such as Sub contractor requisitions, vender invoices…etc
• Coordinate with Suppliers and Contractors.
• Preparing Site Survey Reports, Project Reports, Progress Reports …etc.
• Provide Support to the field staff as and when necessary.
• Liaise with Clients and admin staff on matters related to projects.
• Coordinate and make arrangements for conferences, meetings and events.
Qualifications:-
• Minimum 2 year experience in similar capacity.
• High level of computer literacy in regards to documentation.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
OR
• Degree or Diploma in relates to Project Management.
The above position offers an attractive remuneration package and the selected individual will be based at our Head Office at Katunayake.
