Eskimo is in operation in Sri Lanka for more than two decades having its head office and the main factory in Negombo and sub factories at Pallekele and Punanai with
an employee strength of more than 2200.
Our strength reflects in our rapid growth, globalisation of trade and acceptance of us by our foreign customers as a high quality knitwear producer.
Realising potential for development we are awaiting for the ideal candidate for the post of “Payroll Executive” for our Negombo factory.
Payroll Executive (Comp and Ben)
This specialised position will be responsible for all Compensation and Benefits of the middle management and below. Ideal candidate would be a person with financial qualifications, working in a manufacturing environment specially in
the Human Resources Department.
Skills / Competencies:
– Excellent knowledge in mandatory statutory compliance’s/regulations and payments
– Excellent knowledge in MS Excel
– Work on Plans & Processes
– Target oriented – Meeting timelines
– Analytical – Data accuracy and MIS
Qualifications:
– Successfully completed AAT (Stage 3) and NDHRM
Experience:
– Minimum of 3 years experience in a systemized environment
– Handling gratuity, salary increments, performance based bonus and PAYE tax returns
