Receptionist:
You should be highly customer centric with ability to manage the hotel reception with minimum supervision. Check-in, Check-out and cashiering will be the primary responsibilities of the Receptionist. Pleasant personality and effective PR skills are essential for the job.
Requirements:
– A Diploma /Certificate at front office operations
– Minimum 02 years experience in a similar role preferably in a City Hotel
– Hands on experience in a Hotel Property Management System (preferably OPERA)
– Excellent communication and time management skills
– Age limit between 20-35
