Quality Management Executive
The selected candidate would be required to effectively manage the Quality Management System based on ISO Standards in order to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of service. He/She would have to coordinate and assist Division Managers in maintaining the quality management standards, while planning and carrying out internal audits and following up all corrective actions and decisions taken to ensure compliance.
He/She should plan and conduct awareness training programs for ISO 9001:2008 International Standards and maintain training records. The candidate would also be tasked with the administration. documentation, performance monitoring and training of ISO Standards and quality controls.
– 1-3 years‘ experience in Quality Management
– A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or related subject streams
– Ability to complete special projects on a timely basis as assigned by the Head of the Department
– A working knowledge and ability to conduct quality reviews
– Demonstrated ability to accept responsibility and work independently with minimal supervision
– Must have good verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages
– Demonstrated competence in computer usage and software including Word and Excel
