Logistics Executive

Your Responsibilities:

• Shipping Import & Export – Operations, analyzing data to reduce costs.
• Communicating with procurement External Suppliers at times & vendors (Freight Forwarders).
• Coordinating with Finance with regard to Freight Bills.
• Government & BOI approvals for our shipments.
• Knowledge in HS Codes so shipments can be declared correctly to customs.
• Coordinating with our (Order to Export Production. Stores etc) inter departments to send finished products to customers. • Analyzing Export shipments to reduce costs.
• Manually maintaining an excel sheet to capture all export shipments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• A degree in Supply chain Management with a concentration on Logistics and Shipping from a reputed university.
• Should be hardworking and an effective team player
• 2 years work experience in the field of their degree.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic operations of computers.
• Age below 30.
