We are currently recruiting a male/female hotel receptionist to join our friendly and welcoming team. This position requires a minimum of 1 year’s previous experience on a Hotel Reception Desk in a 3-5 stars hotel. with a working knowledge of hotel computerized booking and reservation systems.
Having a good customer service background you will deal with all guest check-in and check-out, daily invoicing
and reservations. Your understanding of Hotel Operations and knowledge of our current promotions and pricing
will enable you to provide our guests with relevant information while maximizing revenue and sales opportunities.
Skills required:
– Must have an excellent level in English, both spoken & written
– Good all round IT skills
– Motivated salary
– Age below 30 years
