The Blue Water situated in the South of Sri Lanka with 96 rooms, A Presidential Suite, 4 Deluxe Suites & 39 Club Suites is one of the most sought after luxury beach resorts in Sri Lanka. Our success always has been our people and now we are in pursuit to recruit the following key personalities to join our elite group of associates.
1. Executive Sous Chef
Graduate from a recognized Hotel School with 4-5 star experience & professional qualifications including overseas exposure is a distinct advantage. Able to handle large MICE events with a sound knowledge on cost controls, HACCP food safety & Hygiene system and food promotions and a flair for guest services. Age preferred are between 35-45 but is not a barrier.
2. Executive Housekeeper
Graduate from Ceylon Hotel School with over 05 years experience in a 5 star hotel in Sri Lanka and with overseas exposure, excellent leadership & people management skills, problem solving capabilities.
3. Accountant
Fully qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 05 years in the field of finance & preferably in the hospitality industry. Sound knowledge in Financial Management, independent operation in tax & audit matters and project management & financing will be a added qualification.
4. Manager Maintenance
NDT / HND qualified individual with at least 5 years experience and a proven track record between the age of 30-40. Should be willing to work long hours, capable of multi tasks & a result oriented person.
Fluency in English and computer literacy is a must for all above positions. Knowledge of a foreign language will be a distinct advantage. The selected candidate should be willing to reside in the hotel where Single accommodation will be provided, and also will take home a remuneration and fringe benefits above industry average.
