Training Manager (Colombo)

Qualifications require
~ 4-5 Years working experience in the same field in a star class hotel, or with a well reputed food chain.
– He must have the ability to train multinational staff working with our hotels, food chains and nearly 20+ luxury restaurants.
– The areas to be focused: food safety & hygiene, Guest & customer service, ability to prepare training manuals and implementing them and regular follow ups.
~ Preparing periodic reports such as weekly / monthly reports about accomplishments and given tasks.
– The candidate must have an excellent command in oral & written English. And a university degree on the same field & spoken Arabic will be considered as plus point.
– Age between 30-45
Terms & Benefits:
– Period of contract O2 years
– Accommodation, Transportation & Meal provided
– Working hours will be CS hours per day & 48 hours per week
