Fresher – This position is responsible for developing software as per company needs. A person in this role should possess strong technical knowledge, very good communication skills and should demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
– Develop software as per company needs.
– Changes to existing software modules as per company needs.
– Requirement analysis and design.
– Conduct unit and integration tests for functionality and boundary conditions.
– All other duties, as assigned.
Candidate Profile:
– 1 to 4 years of progressively responsible experience in software development using Microsoft SQL Server and C#.
– B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech from a reputed institute.
– Hands on experience in database design, writing SQL queries, stored procedures and triggers.
– Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is preferred.
– Knowledge of various internet technologies like HTML, ASP.Net, PHP, Web services and scripting languages like JavaScript and VBScript will be an added advantage.
– Knowledge of complete Software Development Life Cycle of a project.
– Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
– Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
– Good problem solving skills.
– Maintains a positive attitude.
– Multi-task oriented with desire to work in a fast paced environment.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to handle change in routine or workload and available to accommodate flexible work hours.
