Job Description:
Qualification- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering with 5-7 years experience for Diploma and 3-5 years for Graduate Engineers
Civil and Interior fit up( construction /QC) for office/ commercial buildings including but not limited to general office building- workstation installation, flooring-tiles/ granites/ carpets including floor preparation, painting, cafeteria, utility rooms- electrical and mechanical, rest rooms, lobbies, excavation & finishing-trenches etc. Experience desired in construction / QC for laboratories. The role requires working closely with construction agency(ies) and project manager(s) to monitor construction schedule, Quality , safety compliance, commissioning support and documentation(daily & weekly reports) at construction site. Ability to read/ interpret drawings and good communication skills is a must.
