Job Description:
– Create and maintain the Cloud Computing and Systems Engineering systems and responsible for performance, and business continuity.
– Monitoring and maintaining the global production cloud infrastructure.
– Research, develop, and apply modern automation methods to existing processes to enhance IT efficiency.
– Assist in the development and documentation of processes and procedures applicable to the Server System, and Support

Qualification:
– Facilitate the delivery of project work according to business need.
– Assist with testing and validation of changes and/or deployments where necessary
– Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
– Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution

Qualifications
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline
– Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in Azure cloud infrastructure management and other related services
– Expert understanding in the administration and performance tuning of DNS IIS, MSSQL and other Microsoft services
– Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly
– Solid Understanding containerization services such as Docker & Kubernetes (e.g.: AKS)
– Familiar with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, Zabbix and scripting languages such as shell scripts, PowerShell, Python
– The ideal candidate should be willing to work on roster in a 24×7 operation environment
