Job Description:
– Must have minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in the Staff Augmentation Industry, with 3 to 4 years working for a premier Tier 1 Staffing or VMS Direct Clients supporting US operations.
– Significant experience in Recruitment including experience in sourcing and staffing and past experience in Managing a team of Recruiters.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
– Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing and challenging environment.
