As a part of our expansion program, we are looking for energetic people with the right capability and attitude to fill in the following vacancies:
Procurement Executive
Job Role:
• Calling quotations from local and international suppliers, evaluating, placing orders and maintaining records of all purchases.
• Coordinating and following up with supplier to get the right item at the right time.
• Maintaining a comprehensive supplier database by product category.
• Coordinating with the finance/ engineering /installation teams and suppliers regarding specifications and payments to the suppliers and facilitating the process.
Candidate profile:
• At least 2 years experience in a similar capacity
• Should be thorough with all Procurement related matters
• Diploma or suitable qualification in Supply and Materials Management from a recognized institution
• Knowledge in glasses and related accessories is a definite advantage
• Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office package
• Oral and written skills in English
• Ability to work independently and meet tough deadlines
• Age below 35 years
