Mechanical Engineer/Workshop Manager (Sri Lanka)

The ideal candidate should have:
• 05 years or more experience in maintenance of construction machineries.
• Excellent planning, organizing and execution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma or recognize educational qualifications in a related field.
• Age should be in the range of 30 — 55 years.
He or She is expected to do:
• Overseeing company plants, machineries, equipment’s and vehicles. • Maintenance of machinery and vehicles as per manufacturer’s manuals and instructions.
• Schedule and carryout repairs and services of all plant, machinery, equipment and vehicles.
• Allocate machinery, equipment’s and vehicles among different projects/ jobs and follow up transporting them as per work requirements.
• Arrange hiring of machinery, equipment and outsource repair work when existing capacity in not adequate
• Establish and Implement procedures for plant and machinery operations.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills; Ability to make timely, effective, and fact based decisions.
