Job description:
– Study and analysis of technology to determine patentability through literature searches.
– Business analysis in technology segments.
– Drafting a complete patent application for an invention disclosure in accordance with a patent office (USPTO/EPO) guidelines.
– Tracking filed patent applications.
– Portfolio Analysis.
– Infringement/overlap Analysis.
– Identifying Licensing Opportunities.
– Assessment of commercial potential of technologies vis-à-vis existing technologies and market players.
Skill Set Required:
– Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time, eye for details.
– Good MS Office Skills.
– Challenging current thinking by implementing new ways of working.
– Ability to practice attentive and active listening skills.
– Ability to complete task accurately.
– Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong interpersonal, technical and analytical skills.
Candidate Profile:
– BTech or MTech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
– 2+ years of experience in Intellectual Property.
