HR Executive – North Manufacturing
The Job Role:
* You are required to handle HR function including employee absenteeism, employee retention & day today administration function.
* Responsible for plant monthly payroll.
* Ability to provide necessary HR reports to the operation team.
* Responsible for maintain and update personal files of the employees.
* Handling grievances.
* Responsible for company welfare activities for the benefits of employees.
* Responsible for EPF/ETF & Employee office correspondences.
* Establish & maintain a strong relationship with operation teams.
The Person:
* The Ideal candidate should be a male, hold a degree or diploma in Human Resources Management from a recognized University/Institution.
* Minimum of 2 years of work experience similar capacity is required.
* Be an independent & result oriented individual who has the ability to work as a team.
* You should have sound knowledge in HR processes and possess good communication skills & excellent Inter-personal skills.
* You should display effective time management and prioritization capabilities.
* Outgoing and friendly personality with excellent command of English & Sinhala
* Ability to work effectively and under pressure.
* You should be flexible, innovative & a people oriented person.
* Computer literacy is essential
* Age below 30 years
