– To attend all inbound customer queries / complaints received through the helpline numbers on a timely basis.
– Ensure prompt and correct resolution to all queries received at the call center.
– Deal with relevant customer requests/complaints.
Candidate Profile:
– 1-3 years with Operations and Customer Service management function.
– Graduates in any specialization.
– Insurance Industry preferred or any other industry.
– 1 year experience in Inbound customer service voice process.
– Fluency in English.
