The company is currently constructing a 200 KLPD grain based distillery in Andhra Pradesh.
Job Details:
– Overall planning of plant level HR strategy to deliver Business Results.
– Smooth settlement of IR related issues.
– Overseeing that safety and housekeeping needs are met in the manner required by the plant for smooth functioning.
– Ensure HR Cost.
– Comply with all statutory norms.
– Develop and manage employee retention programs.
Candidate Profile:
– Post graduate degree in Human Resource Management/Social S ciences/ Industrial Psychology.
– Experience in medium/large sized Manufacturing/Industrial Relations environment.
– Excellent team management skills.
– Excellent communication, coaching and influencing skill.
– Very high level of ethics.
– Candidates from AP are preferred.
