Senior Citrix Administrator (IT Systems/Infrastructure Service Desk)
We are an Australia based, BOI registered Information Technology Solutions Provider, looking for exceptional staff to join our dynamic team based at our Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Colombo.
The Role:
The IT Systems/Infrastructure Service Desk is an integral part of the organization. It is the backbone through which the organization operates across. This business unit comprises of highly skilled individuals who are dedicated to their service objectives.
You will be working as part of the Senior Technical support team as a Senior Citrix Administrator (Expert) providing support to our extensive client base.
This position requires excellent communication skills, dedication and commitment.
THE IDEAL PERSON Will HAVE 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN:
* Citrix Administration / Configuration / Troubleshooting / Support:
– Citrix XenApp – Publishing Application to Dummy Terminals
– Citrix XenDesktop is mandatory
– Cirix Presentation Server
* Dealing with Quality of Service (Q08) Models arnd Best Practices
* Windows 2003 / 2M8 Server- Administration / Support
He/she should possess Excellent communication and customer service skills and have the flexibility to work on a MX7 Roaster system.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Citrix Certifications:
– Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA)
– Citrix Certified Advanced Administrator (CCAA)
– Citrix Certiied Enterprise Engineer (OCEE)
* Citrix Netscaler
* NetApp SAN Administration / Support
* VMWare is a plus
