Web App Developer / who we’re looking for
A full-time candidate to support our global clients in producing mature PHP based web applications. Candidate must also be able to work directly with the clients and have strong knowledge in design patters and looking at providing innovative solutions.
Requirements / what we need
* Experienced with at least of 2 years’ in delivering PHP based web applications
* A passion for good design, coding practices & consistently renewing their knowledge
* Experience in using PHP in an object oriented programming model
* A good understanding of MVC design patterns and working experience in at least one of Zend v1 or 2. Codelgniter, Cake PHP, Symfony or Laravel
* Experience in Zend preferable
* A good understanding of Ajax
* Demonstrable knowledge of front-end dev skills including CSS3, jQuery, HTML5
* Good knowledge of relational databases especially MySql: including building database tables and writing good efficient SQL; Administrating MSSQL DB’s preferred
* Deployment & maintenance of PHP code in the cloud with hands on experience
* Prefer experience in content management systems such as Drupal, Joomal, Pelorous
* Experience in common third party API’s (Google, Facebook, Twitter. etc}
* Bachelor’s degree or related discipline and/or equivalent professional qualification
