– To indepently manage the CNC Machines.
– Hand on Experience on Heavy CNC Machine Centers, 4-Axis CNC Milling, CNC VTL 5 m and above etc.
– Hand on Experience on Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenheim Controls.
– To read and understand technical / engineering drawings and write routings.
– To decide the type of tooling to be used.
– Decide the selection of machine for ution of work.
– To manage VMC, turning and grinding sections.
– To guide in CNC programmes, Routing, G-Coding, rering etc.
– To guide in job settings.
– To work towards reduction in cycle time.
– To decide on grade of materials to be used.
– To ensure quality output.
– To work on ISO Quality System.
Candidate Profile:
– B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical.
