Job Description:
– 1 – 3 years of tech support experience.
– Any computer technical education {B.tech/B.com computers, B.sc computers/MCA/GNIIT/Diploma in computers}.
– Minimum 6 months of US/UK client interaction is a must.
– Fixed Night shift – Direct Client facing job role {6:30 PM to 3:30 AM – pick-up and -, Cab will be given}.
– Good communication ss.
– Passion for IT.
– Good knowledge of Data bases and/or SQL programming is an added advantage.
