Eskimo is in operation in Sri Lanka for more than two decades having its head office and the main factory in Negombo and sub factories at Pallekele and Punanai with an employee strength of more than 2200. Our strength reflects in our rapid growth, globalisation of trade and acceptance of us by our foreign customers as a high quality knitwear producer.
Realising potential for development we are awaiting for the ideal candidate for the post of “Human Resource Assistant” for our Negombo factory.
Human Resources Assistant
The prospective candidate would be totally responsible to prepare the training calendar and follow up procedures to address pre—determined skill gaps by coordinating in-house and external employee training/skill development programs for our all three factories. The position would be further extended to assist recruitment activities by conducting interviews, draft English advertisements and ensure accuracy in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
Skills / Competencies:
– Excellent administrative and coordination skills
– Business communication to be able to communicate professionally
– Ability to maintain interpersonal relationships
– Should be computer literate
– Team performance skills
Qualifications:
– G.C.E. (Advanced Level)
– Part Qualification in Human Resources Management from a recognized Institution
Experience:
– 2 years in a systemized environment
– Knowledge on Training and Development would be an added advantage
