Credit & Collection Officers

• Position will be based at our Service Centers in Singer Mega Showrooms, around Colombo area.

Position Holder is responsible for:-

• Advising Customers about Lending Terms & handling Customer Evaluation
• Packaging the facility to meet customer requirements.
• Following-up the repayment of monthly payments.
• Undertaking field visits when applicable.
• Working on week-ends on rotating shift basis
• Tabulating business statistics, for which basic computer operating knowledge is required. Applicant should
• Be below 30 years
• Have G.C.E (A/L) Qualifications
• Have G.C.E. (O/L) with Credit Passes in English Language and Mathematics
• Possess a Valid riding license
• Be good team player with ability to mix-up with all level of the staff.
• Customer caring and Credit experience will be an added advantage.
